The third Eye is also referred to the “Pineal Gland” which is a small endocrine gland. This is because it is located about the same spot as the pineal gland in your brain. The pineal gland looks very similar to an eye in shape. It actually senses light the same way your eyes would. It is known for producing melatonin. Melatonin a hormone that affects the modulation of wake and sleep patterns. Having your third eye open refers to the gate that leads to higher consciousness, higher vibrational frequencies, higher realms, psychic gifts, and enlightenment. People who have there third eye open can hold many different gifts and can have a complete different view of earths reality.

Your intuition is the ability to understand something instinctively. This is without any facts presented, and or reasoning. It can be described mostly as a clear knowing. Have you ever had a moment where you felt as though something wasn't right? Maybe you had a clear feeling and you shouldn’t of befriended a certain person. You chose to ignore your intuition, and in the end you were the one who got hurt. You probably even may of thought to yourself I should of listened to my “gut.” A lot of people, in my opinion, mean their intuition when saying “I should of listened to my gut.” As a society, we have been taught to believe that rationality is what is really overrides as important when making decisions. Don’t be afraid to listen and trust your intuition. You can develop a stronger intuition by trusting the feelings being presented to you and acting accordingly to what benefits to your highest good. You may come to realize how much trusting your intuition can navigate you into becoming a better version of you.
